Over the last week, we’ve worked with the community to identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to missing, miscalculated, or inconsistent token allocations.
Today, we’re sharing an updated allocation system — one that reflects accurate points, verified user activity, and fair ranking for all qualified participants.
This update will walk you through:
- What changed
- How allocations were recalculated
- Why your number may look different
- What “0 allocation” and “not eligible” mean
- How rankings and tranches work
- Important notes about how wallets & points were matched
🧭 1. Why We Updated the Allocations
After opening our feedback form, we received 200+ submissions from users who noticed discrepancies.
These reports helped us uncover several issues:
Common problems reported
- Some Reva Points and Reveel Points weren’t attributed to the correct wallet
- Some users were checking the wrong wallet entirely
- Some users had multiple wallets/emails, splitting their points
- A few accounts were repeatedly flagged by bot filters
- The original system included users who shouldn’t have been eligible
We reviewed every case and rebuilt the allocation system from the ground up.
